I Experienced Snow Storm For The First Time.
It was nothing short of poetic!
If there is a perfect time when you should arrive in Toronto for the first time, I didn't follow it! And I am not even sorry! because then I would have missed the charm of looking around and finding the most beautiful frames to click and cityscapes that inspire me to write.
As I write this piece, I am sitting by the window of my Apartment on the 35th floor, looking at the town bathed in the soft, ethereal glow of one of the major snowstorms of the season! I also witnessed the Toronto Snowstorm on the streets, which was anything but the storm roar! It was- calm, and serene, and was there to paint the town white. I love capturing cityscapes, but it was different this time- a canvas painted with all shades of white.
The snowstorm is not a reason for fear, but for awe. The streets, usually teeming with life, are now silent except for the whispers of snowflakes dancing in the wind. Something is enchanting about the way the snow blankets everything. Cars, trees, and even the power lines- all draped in white. The stark contrast of Toronto’s usual hustle fades into a dreamy silence.
